Piles patients should practice these two yoga postures daily-
Sahaj Conch Mudra-

Practicing Sahaja Shankh Mudra improves digestion power of piles patients and gives them relief in constipation and pain. To do Sahaj Shankh Mudra, first of all sit by swinging. After this, keep your thumbs together while interlocking the fingers of both your hands. Press both your thumbs over the fingers. Keeping this posture of hands, keep it above your navel and keep breathing and exhaling. Practice this mudra for about 15 minutes.

Pran Mudra-
The practice of Prana Mudra is considered very beneficial in removing stomach related problems. Regular practice of this mudra helps in relieving constipation, acidity and heartburn. To do Prana Mudra, first of all, sitting in Padmasan, keeping both your hands on both the knees, keep the palms upwards. After this, join the ends of your little finger and ring finger with the tip of the thumb. While doing this, your middle and index finger will remain straight. While doing this take a deep long breath.
