Russia Ukraine War: Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the Russian city of Belgorod, has claimed that Ukraine has used American cluster bombs amid its ongoing war with Russia. According to the governor, Ukraine on Friday (July 21) attacked the Russian border village of Zuravlevka in the western Belgorod region with cluster munitions.

Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on Telegram on Saturday that ’21 shells and three cluster bombs (by the Ukrainian army) were fired from a multiple rocket launcher in the village of Zhuravlevka, in the Belgorod region. In such a situation, experts are speculating that Russia will definitely retaliate, which can be extremely fatal for Ukraine.

Please tell that Russian President Vladimir Putin had already threatened about the cluster bomb. He had clearly said that we have a stock of such bombs and if needed, we will not miss using it.

This bomb is considered very dangerous

It is noteworthy that recently Ukraine has received cluster bombs from America, which are banned in more than 120 countries. America had also said while handing it over to Ukraine that Ukrainians are running out of weapons and hence they have decided to send cluster weapons. However, the US had claimed that Ukraine would not use these bombs on any foreign soil. Ukraine had also assured America about this.

Putin had warned

At the same time, Russian President Vladimir Putin had said after Ukraine received cluster bombs from the US that Russia has enough stock of such bombs. He said that if the need arises, we will use these cluster bombs in Ukraine.

Putin had called the use of this dangerous bomb a crime. In this case, Human Rights Watch says that both Moscow and Kiev have used cluster weapons.
