‘Gehlot had asked to burn the red diary’, former minister told the whole story of the assembly

At present, the red diary has become an important topic of discussion in Rajasthan. This issue is related to Rajendra Gudha, who was a minister in the Rajasthan government till a few days ago. He was thrown out of the Rajasthan cabinet after attacking his own government. Rajendra Gudha, MLA from Udaipurwati assembly seat of Jhunjhunu district, reached the assembly on Monday with a red diary. After this there was a lot of uproar and the House was adjourned.

After being removed from the ministerial post, when he reached the assembly today i.e. on Monday, he was not allowed to enter the assembly, but when he reached the house and started waving the red diary in front of the speaker, then the speaker CP Joshi became enraged. The speaker ordered the marshals to get Gudha out of the house. After reaching the speaker, he stood in the house and said that this is the same red diary in which there is a complete account of horse-trading of MLAs.

‘I stole the diary at the behest of the CM’

Rajendra Gudha came out of the House and said that the red diary was snatched from me, in which many dark truths are hidden. He says that when the house of Dharmendra Rathore, close to CM Ashok Gehlot, was being raided, I had taken out the diary from Rathore’s house at the behest of the CM. Rajendra Guda alleges that if he had not brought out the red diary, CM Ashok Gehlot would have been in jail today. According to the sacked minister, there is a complete account in this red diary that what was given to the MLAs to keep them in their court.

‘My diary was taken away…’

Rajendra Gudha had a special conversation with Aaj Tak on Monday evening. During this, he said that I had requested Speaker CP Joshi to give me a chance to speak in the assembly. The chairman did not listen to me, I was thrown out of the diary I wanted to show. Rajendra Gudha said that the ministers and many MLAs in the Gehlot government tried to forcibly snatch the diary from me.

He clearly said that the Chief Minister had asked me to bring the diary and later it was his order that the diary should be burnt.

When the issue of women’s safety was raised, he was sacked.

Gudha said that I have come here after getting elected as an MLA from an educated assembly. Crime has increased in my area. In such a situation, when I raised my voice, I was pacified. Let us tell you that while targeting his own government on Friday, Gudha had said on the floor of the Vidhansabha that instead of Manipur, we should peep into our backyard. We have failed in the matter of women’s safety. The BJP supported Gudha’s statement by thumping the table in the House itself. After this statement, the politics of the state also got hot. Meanwhile, CM Gehlot sacked Gudha from the cabinet within 6 hours. The governor also approved the recommendation of the CM.

He says that the cases of atrocities on women have also increased a lot in Rajasthan. In such a situation, he says that I was sacked because of my 15-second statement. Gudha said that many fellow ministers asked me to apologise. Gudha said that neither I care about the jail nor I am worried about the post of minister. My responsibility is towards the people who have sent me here by making me an MLA.

‘False cases were leveled against me’

During the conversation, Rajendra Gudha narrated an old anecdote and said that 4-5 months ago a woman had come to me, some miscreant had withheld Rs 3-4 lakh from her. The woman said that she would commit suicide. So in such a situation, I gave 3 lakh 84 thousand rupees to that woman from my pocket as help. His daughter was getting married. I helped. After this, I told that scoundrel to give money to that woman, why he is troubling the poor woman, so that scoundrel with the help of the Chief Minister got a case of kidnapping filed against me. All this was done to create pressure.

‘Gehlot’s government survived because of Gudha’

How did Gudha, who was once considered close to CM Gehlot, suddenly become so distant from the Chief Minister? On this question, Gudha said that there was a time when CM Gehlot himself came to my house and said that I am in the government because of Rajendra Gudha. Gudha said – I picked up the diary on his advice.

‘Sacking will do nothing’

Significantly, after being dismissed from the post of minister, Rajendra Gudha is continuously talking to the media. He said a few days ago, ‘I have been speaking in the cabinet meeting as well as in the assembly. They have made the law. If someone does not cremate in anger, you will put him in jail for five years, no one will be able to sit near him. No one will be able to protest. How are you doing law? Women are not safe in our state, these figures are saying that Rajasthan is number one in the country in terms of women harassment, Rajendra Gudha is not saying this. There have been screeching reports about the condition of women in Rajasthan. Nothing will happen by sacking Rajendra Gudha, our sisters and daughters should have a sense of security.
